REC 16 Hour Outdoor 1st Aid course

A day REC 16 hour outdoor course, suitable for anyone who works or plays in the outdoors. Course is suitable for all Scout, Cadet and DofE leaders too.  NO POWERPOINT course is practically based includes the use of defibs, tourniquets, haemostats and plenty of chance to chat, discuss and use various bits of kit, and to learn how to improvise if you don't have it.  Course is run by someone with over 25 years in the industry and who leads overseas expeditions in DESERTS, JUNGLES, MOUNTAINS and Fiords and who also teaches powerboating, DofE, Skiing, rock climbing, kayaking caving and canoeing. Course tutor also spent time volunteering for the RNLI and MOUNTAIN RESCUE
