Indoor Coaching Session

Performance coaching session including analysis of current skills, identification of obvious weaknesses, skills and drills for immediate improvements, suggestions for mid-term improvements. Sessions aldo include a written report after the session including a description of the session, the Take Home messages and a breakdown of what we might cover on the next session. 

All sessions are student-led learning and based on your own personal skill set

Available on request. I usually try and accomodate people as soon as possible, usually within a few weeks. 

Personal and professional coaching from highly qualified and vastly experienced coach

Equipment is available to hire from the wall. Prices for kit hire are not included in the session price. 

1:1 session: £20 per hour 

Small group (between 2 and 6 people): £15 per person per hour

Large group (between 7 and 12 people): £10 per person per hour

All sessions exclude wall entry and kit hire. Sessions are 2 hours minimum. Promotions for follow on sessions are available.
